C4-BL3 & Cheebs extricate themselves from the Thrifty’s clearing and get away clean, thanks to the droideka’s covering fire … and the sudden appearance of Kiarra’s ship overhead. Seeing the Imperial assault ship lift off, they double back for a quick parts raid on the Thrifty. Returning to the Porgatu, they finish hyperdrive repairs and start fixing the hatch & droideka while C4-BL3 deploys his droid listening array to stay on alert.

The party ventures into the huge ghost ship. Cheebs stuns a mouse droid which becomes C4-BL3’s newest friend, but it flees when a frightening new red droid appears. They learn more about the ship’s history and the rivalry between this new droid, “Epsilon,” and the pirate AI, “Omicron.” Accompanying Epsilon to a strange chapel, the group learns the droid is a protector of “The Light,” but in an unfortunate misunderstanding the droid attacks Cheebs. They are surprised to find a landed rival Gamma Class ATR-6 Assault Transport in the clearing outside and a firefight raging between the Ubese and Lorik — who is wielding a green, almost white, lightsaber. The Porgatu crew gathers intel on their target and other mysterious players in a game they don’t fully understand. The droids find evidence that Nix’s faction is in turn watching the party, and C4-BL3 fries their spying astromech. Eventually they hatch a plan to pose as buyers of the target’s stolen tech – but when they speak to him, they learn of the tech’s sinister nature. In a sudden turn of events, the party agrees to spirit the target offworld – just as a rival faction bursts into the Ugly Bantha with guns blazing.

The Casisto crashes, suffering sudden drive failure. The probe droid finds the battle droids at the crater’s edge but is knocked out. Kantarra returns with R3-M3; the party is reunited. She gives an account of her adventures and of R3-M3’s sabotage of the light cruiser. The group finishes repairs as they watch a Star Destroyer arrive for rescue operations. After the Imperial ships all leave, the party successfully lifts off in their badly damaged shuttle and enters hyperspace for Kirian.
Arya infiltrates a tense Imperial-ruled city, concealing her identity. In a cantina, a mission turns chaotic as a contact is killed, leading to a face-off with a dark-haired adversary.
The party continues its exploration of the Dugan’s Hand’s mysterious Force temple, recovering several artifacts and discovering the remains of an ancient Force guardian. Expecting resistance that never comes, they reach the bridge and find the droid Omicron – who expires as soon as they arrive. C4-BL3 finds the ship’s story in its logs. The flabbergasted crew of the Porgatu finds themselves at the controls of this huge alien ship and sets to work getting it fully operational.

The huge alien ship draws the Intrepid Porg and her crew into a dark hangar bay where the party soon finds itself battling malevolent droids. Using the ship’s guns only angers the mysterious malfunctioning pirate captain, and it creates a “kraken” of animated tentacles to attack them and hold down the ship. C4-BL3 meets his match trying to probe the ship’s computers, but he at least succeeds in shutting down the “kraken” and finding the ship’s deck plans.
